We did not have a good experience with this company. We had some renovations done by them in 2019. Time frames given were not met (almost a month longer than we were told). First red flag should have been that our first appt was "forgotten". Tile floors were laid in wrong direction after we drew examples of what we wanted. Painting subcontractor for cabinets did a horrible job (multiple places not painted or did not have proper shielding, so ended up with oil based paint all over our walls), contractor was notified multiple times, had pictures, and still was never fixed. In 2017 we hired Precision Homes, under a recommendation from a friend, to do a small remodel project.  We were new to the area and had no idea to whom we should use.  We hired Fred and crew to remodel our hallway and a large room.  The quality of his work is amazing, he and his crew are friendly, trustworthy, and masters at their skills.  Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the completed project that we hired Precision Homes again in 2018 for a major remodel of the entire house.  When Fred can’t do the work himself, he is a great contact for other contractors who can do the work.  We made a mistake of not asking him for advice on a project and it went sideways. I have used Precision Homes for both my home and for remodels at work. They are friendly and hard working. I have actually grown to admire Fred (Owner/Operator). They don't cut corners and shoot straight. they quote and honor their pricing. Precision Homes did a master bath remodel for us recently. We are quite pleased with the result. Fred Davis and his crew were reliable, polite, friendly, and diligent. They also kept the work area organized and neat and cleaned up after themselves every day.They finished the job in the time promised without going over budget and kept us well-informed along the way.
