“I hired Precision Homes in September 2013 to perform some remodeling for a house I had just purchased. This was a fairly large job involving the removal of over 2200 square Feet of carpet and tile which was replaced with hardwood. “We had a custom built screened in porch put across the front of our house in November 2015. It is 12’x54′ and we are delighted with it. The workmanship is extraordinary. One of the floor boards was off by 1/8 of an inch and Fred D**** had his worker take the board and the ones laid after it ALL up, correct the mistake and put them back down. There is no shake or wobble on our porch, it is strong and well built. We are so impressed with the level of craftsmanship, that if a tornado were coming–we would go under the porch! Fred D**** and his crew were extremely polite and respectful. A couple of them smoked, and they did NOT throw their cigarette butts down on the ground, which is a pet peeve of mine. We saw smoking, but never found the butts on the ground, I guess they field stripped them and put the butts in their pocket. Precision Homes was professional, experienced, friendly and truly cared that we got the screened porch of our dreams. We love our porch and enjoy it every day!
